receive these at <strong>no-cost<\/strong>. While these items are readily available in the United States they are difficult to procure in Central America.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element center<\/strong>, with headquarters in Managua, Nicaragua. <strong>It is the first independent burn center with international quality standards<\/strong> managed by a multidisciplinary team of health professionals that <strong>provide FREE, integral and holistic care.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d43cdbd
